Self Acceptance Flow

This class is a gentle exploration of self compassion and acceptance through the practice

of yoga, interweaving mindful movement, somatic exercises, yin poses and self

compassion practices. We will move with kindness and curiosity, honouring our bodies

exactly as they are today.

So, why self acceptance flow? Through Becky’s own healing journey she noticed a

chronic NEED for self acceptance as this is our foundation for healing and thriving.

Expect:

Gentle movements: Slow, mindful flows designed to cultivate ease and release tension.

Explore the sensations in your body with curiosity and non judgment.

Yin poses: Poses that meet the body at its edge to help encourage deep release. 

Self-compassion practices: Integrated self-compassion exercises and affirmations into the

practice.

This co-facilitated journey with Becky and Jeannette weaves slow vinyasa with deep yin

postures, guided by conscious breath. We create space for whatever needs to surface,

honouring each body's wisdom and pace.
