We're Luke and Liv and together we make up Sunnd Sauna. Sunnd means joy, health and wellness in Scots Gaelic and as this dream was inspired by the Scottish landscape we thought this embodied everything we wanted Sunnd Sauna to be. We built our sauna into a vintage 1980s horse trailer ourselves, with unique details scattering our artisanal built sauna. We built Sunnd as a way to build connection. Connection to yourself, the environment and community.
Our sauna is wood-fired creating a really cosy, atmospheric vibe, once the sun sets we light oil lanterns to continue the off grid feel. We will be parked up next to a river creating a wonderful wellness oasis that also ensures you can cool off properly in between sauna rounds. We will have two offerings, the pure sauna session or our sauna with additional benefits. In the later, we will guide you through a breath work session to ground you to the space and will offer essential oils and salt scrubs. We can't wait to host you!
