Talor is a meditation teacher, coach, yoga teacher & ecstatic dance host who bridges movement, mindfulness, & energy healing to awaken the body’s innate wisdom. Her training includes an MA, 500hrs YTTC, Somatic Experiencing for Stress & Trauma release, two Life Coaching Certifications, and energy work, all of which she integrates to create safe, sacred spaces for transformation. She offers holistic pathways to align mind, body & spirit, understand and release trauma & tension, and not only to uncover the deep well of wisdom within, but action it. "My teaching is grounded in the belief that we are all physical manifestations of unconditional love. I believe the answers we seek are within and that true healing emerges when we are fully present in the moment."

Yin Yoga: Balancing the Water Element

A deep restoration for the mind & the body. Yin is a slow, ground based practice of yoga, that targets deep connective tissues through long-held postures, to release tension, improve flexibility, and cultivate deep inner stillness. In Yin, we work with the meridians to balance the different elements & organs. Today's class will balance the Water Element, which corresponds to the Kidney & Urinary Bladder meridians. When our water element is balanced, we are able to move smoothly in life with strength, courage, emotional fluidity & heightened intuition. This class will help you break up stuck & stagnant energy your tissues, allowing your energy pathways to flow freely. You will leave feeling energised, grounded & relaxed--a "yin high"!

Somatic Experiencing: Solstice Reset for Mind, Body, Spirit

Talor’s workshop invites you to turn your attention inwards to the soma, to take a look at what you have been carrying (consciously & unconsciously). You will shake off what no longer serves you, reconnect with your inner stillness, learn how to transmute sticky or stuck feelings, and fully embody the radiant joy & spaciousness of the present moment. Grateful & energised, we will focus our energy and set some aligned intentions to guide us through this next chapter of life. Somatic experiencing is a body centred form of therapy that uses physical sensations to process, explore, & release held emotions that accumulate in our bodies & nervous systems.
